Blockbit customer portal — support, tickets, licenses, and monitoring in a single console
Blockbit Hub is the Blockbit customer portal: a single, secure, and audited web console that brings together real-time support with an AI agent, ticket opening and tracking, license and equipment lookup, environment monitoring, and access management.
The Leo agent provides support via chat or voice, 24 hours a day, with guided troubleshooting based on the official Blockbit knowledge base. During the session, it is possible to send images and voice messages, switch between voice and chat without losing context, and share the desktop screen: the agent sees what the customer is seeing and guides step by step, just like an in-person session.
Tickets are opened in natural language directly within the conversation, already categorized and with the ticket number provided on the spot. The complete history is available in the ticket dashboard, with search, filters by source and period, details of each session, CSV export, and the option to resume conversations with the assistant.
Blockbit Hub is the gateway to the entire Blockbit ecosystem, with real-time NGFW appliance monitoring, official downloads, Blockbit University, community Forum, and authenticated shortcuts to the GSM and XDR consoles — without software installation and with individual, approved, and audited access.

Everything in one place: one console, your entire technical relationship.
This comparison is for illustrative purposes and describes features available in Blockbit Hub. Each environment and team has its own characteristics, which may result in variations in the operational routine shown.
SectionMonitoring the environment usually requires multiple channels at the same time: email for support, license spreadsheets, individual access to each device, and scattered materials. Blockbit Hub brings all of this together into a single web console, with individual, approved, and audited access.
Tickets, licenses, monitoring, downloads, and support in the same console, on desktop or mobile devices.
The Leo agent responds via chat or voice, 24/7, and escalation to a human agent is already structured, with full context.
Live status of monitored appliances and alerts in the notification panel: events reach the team, not the other way around.
Each person has their own account, approved and with two-factor authentication, and actions on the portal are recorded in an audit trail.
With customer authorization, the reseller tracks licenses and tickets for the customers they manage, in the same portal and under the same access rules.
With a single address, a single registration, and the same access rules for the entire team, Blockbit Hub transforms the technical relationship into an organized, traceable operation ready for accountability.
Blockbit is a leader in cybersecurity products, protecting thousands of companies and millions of users against digital threats and attacks.
